Terms of Use

Last updated: 27 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Sqillify at sqillify.com, run by Professional Data Skills (ABN 94 689 179 788). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Sqillify provides scenario-based practice questions for IT skills, with explanations and progress tracking. The service is under active development: features and content can change, and we may add paid plans in future. Any paid features will be described clearly, with their price, before you buy.

2. Your account

  • You must give accurate details and keep your password secure.
  • One account is for one person. Do not share your login.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you suspect misuse.
  • You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, harvest, republish or sell our questions, answers or explanations, whether by hand, by script or by any automated tool;
  • use bots, crawlers or other automated means to access the service or to take tests;
  • try to bypass sign-in, rate limits or other protections, or probe the service for weaknesses;
  • interfere with the service or other users, or place unreasonable load on it;
  • use the service to break the law or someone else's rights.

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we may take further action where the law allows.

4. Our content

The questions, scenarios, explanations, design and software are owned by Professional Data Skills (ABN 94 689 179 788) or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal learning. Links to documentation point to third-party sites, which belong to their owners and are not controlled by us.

Product, certification and company names mentioned on the site belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and our practice questions are our own work, not copies of any exam.

5. Your feedback

If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve the service without payment or credit to you.

6. Paid plans (Pro)

Sqillify has a Free plan and a paid plan called Pro. What each includes is shown on our Pricing page. We may change what each plan includes; if we remove something you have paid for, we will tell you first and you can cancel.

Pro is a subscription that renews automatically each month or each year, at the price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel. Prices are in Australian dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe, so your card details go to Stripe and are not stored by us. If the law requires GST to be added to a price, it is shown at checkout.

You can cancel at any time from the Account page (Manage billing). Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you delete your account, any subscription is cancelled immediately.

Except where the law says otherwise, payments for a period that has started are not refunded. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, for example if the service has a major problem. If you think you are owed a refund, contact us at privacy@sqillify.com.

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it for a short time. If it still fails, your account moves back to the Free plan. Your test history is kept.

7. What the service is, and is not

Practice scores are a learning aid. They do not predict exam results, certify your skills, or form a hiring or professional judgement. We work hard to keep content accurate, but technology changes quickly and questions may contain errors or become out of date. If you find one, please tell us. The service does not give legal, financial or professional advice.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or stop any part of it, and we will give notice where reasonably possible.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Sections that by nature should continue (such as ownership of content and limits of liability) continue after your account ends.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by decisions you make based on practice results, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or A$100 if you paid nothing).

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

12. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: email privacy@sqillify.com.
